Brendan Frazier

Brendan Frazier helps financial advisors master the part of advice no spreadsheet can solve: being human. As host of The Human Side of Money podcast, Brendan explores how psychology, behavior, and emotion influence financial decisions—and how advisors can use those insights to have better conversations, build stronger relationships, and make a lasting difference in their clients’ lives. His career has given him a front-row seat to nearly every side of financial advice. He began as a consultant to advisors across the country before building his own advisory business and being named one of Investopedia’s Top 100 Financial Advisors in the U.S. He later founded Wired Planning, a global training platform that helped advisors develop the human skills required to serve clients at the highest level. Most recently, Brendan served as Chief Behavioral Officer, where he became only the second person in the industry to hold the title and helped bring behavioral science more deeply into the advisor experience. When he isn’t digging into the latest psychology and behavioral science research, Brendan is spending time with his wife, Shannon, and their three kids, Brooks, Shepherd, and Merritt. He also welcomes unsolicited advice on raising three children (ideally from someone who has actually figured it out).
